UV Lamps "Bake Skin" according to Ulta Beauty

"Caption is formulated to deliver all the benefits of a gel manicure without baking with UV rays or the hassle of a time-consuming removal." I don't understand why when there is a nail polish that doesn't need an UV light to cure it, it is a "plus" but when the polish does use an UV light, it's no big deal...What am I missing???
